Your alel Lashes are shipped from our warehouse and depending on availability on the next business day after receiving payment. All prices on the website exclude shipping fees.  If your order has not reached you within 7 days of processing, please info@alelbeauty.com with subject line: ORDER NOT RECEIVED. Please include your order number and transaction ID number so we can expedite any issues!  To take advantage of a special promotion, you must be LOGGED IN and enter the promo code in your Shopping Bag BEFORE Checkout. The offer will be automatically applied when you enter the appropriate information. Offer codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear. Only one offer code may be used per online order and they don’t apply to items that are already discounted. Please read the details associated with each promo code carefully for valid offer period and restrictions.

ORDER CONFIRMATION An order confirmation will appear as the final step in your order process. In addition, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the order number of your purchase! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an additional email to confirm shipment and tracking information ORDER CANCELLATION Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. This is simply because we try to ship out orders as quickly as possible, and we cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched. Once you receive an order confirmation by email, it means your order is already being processed and cannot be changed or cancelled. for personal use only.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES All sales are final. With exception of damaged items, all sales are made final once goods are received. If goods are damaged, please do send a photo with the damaged good to info@alelbeauty.com with the subject line: DAMAGED, and include your order number. Please note,for lashes due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges.
